医院感染控制专科护士培训效果评价指标体系的构建

Construction of evaluation index system for training effect of hospital infection control specialist nurses

目的:构建医院感染控制专科护士培训评价指标体系。方法:查阅国内外医院感染控制专科护士相关文献,结合课题组前期研究结果,基于柯氏模型,设计德尔菲专家函询问卷,通过2轮专家函询,确定医院感染控制专科护士培训评价指标体系。结果:2轮专家函询问卷有效回收率分别为86.2%、100.0%;2轮专家权威系数分别为0.92,0.94;2轮肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.329,0.246,0.306和0.342,0.353,0.339(均P<0.001)。最终形成的医院感染控制专科护士培训效果评价指标包括一级指标4项、二级指标14项、三级指标55项。结论:本研究构建的医院感染控制专科护士培训评价指标体系具备系统性、科学性和实用性,可为医院感染控制专科护士培训评价提供参考。

Objective:To construct an evaluation index system for the training effect of hospital infection control specialist nurses.Methods:Through reviewing the related literature of hospital infection control specialist nurses in China and abroad,combined with the previous research results of the research group,and based on the Kirkpatrick model,a Delphi expert letter questionnaire was designed.After two rounds of expert consultations,the evaluation index system for the training effect of hospital infection control specialist nurses was finally confirmed.Results:The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert consultations were 86.2%and 100.0%,respectively;the expert authority coefficients of the two rounds were 0.92 and 0.94,respectively;the Kendall harmony coefficients of the two rounds were 0.329,0.246,0.306 and 0.342,0.353,0.339,respectively(all P<0.001).The final evaluation indicators for hospital infection control specialist nurse training included 4 first⁃level indicators,14 second⁃level indicators,and 55 third⁃level indicators.Conclusions:The evaluation index system for the training effect of hospital infection control specialist nurses constructed in this study was systematic,scientific,and practical,which could provide a reference for the training evaluation of hospital infection control specialist nurses.
