摘要 综述老年胃肠手术病人衰弱发生现状、不良结局及评估工具,以及预防或改善病人衰弱的运动和营养等方面的安全管理策略,以期为临床护士和研究者寻找或开发适合国内老年胃肠手术病人的衰弱评估工具及制订切实有效的干预措施提供参考。
