博物馆导览系统的适老性研究

On the Suitability for the Elderly of the Museum Guide System

分析博物馆导览系统的现状,梳理博物馆导览系统所面临的适老性挑战,根据老年人的行为和认知特征,从心理和生理上分析老年人参观博物馆的特征。通过问卷、访谈和观察等方法,从产品和系统两个层面,分析老年人使用导览系统的过程,并在此基础上,提出基于博物馆导览系统发展形势的适老性体验设计新维度,以期能够为博物馆导览系统的适老性建设提供新思路。

Through the analysis of the current situation of the museum navigation system, this paper combs the aging challenges faced by the museum navigation system;by sorting out the behavior and cognitive characteristics of the elderly, this paper analyzes the psychology and physiology characteristics of the elderly group visiting museums. Through questionnaires, interviews, observation, and other methods, this paper analyzes the user process of the elderly using the navigation system from the two levels of products and systems. Based on the above research, this paper puts forward a new dimension of the design of the experience for the elderly based on the current development the situation of the museum navigation system, in order to provide new ideas for the construction of the museum navigation system for the elderly.
