一例犬门-奇静脉分流的诊治

Diagnosis and treatment of a canine port-azygos shunt

1只8岁雄性比熊犬因出现呼唤不应、流涎等异常行为而就诊,实验室检查显示患犬血氨浓度升高、血清尿素氮浓度降低;结合该犬肾结石和膀胱结石的病史,初步诊断为门体分流;通过CT血管造影进一步检查,确诊该犬患有门体分流,且分流血管位于胃左静脉和奇静脉之间,属于门-奇静脉分流。对患犬择期进行手术,术中使用赛璐玢带进行分流血管阻塞,术后患犬预后良好。说明赛璐玢带用于治疗犬门-奇静脉分流效果较好。

An 8-year-old Bichon Frise was presented with abnormal behaviors such as unresponsiveness and salivation. Laboratory tests showed that the dog’s blood ammonia concentration was increased and serum urea nitrogen concentration was decreased;combined with the dog’s medical history of kidney stones and bladder stones, the initial diagnosis was portosystemic shunt. Further examination by CT angiography confirmed that the dog had a portosystemic shunt, and the shunt vessel was located between the left gastric vein and the azygos vein, belonging to the port-azygos shunt. The dog underwent elective surgery, and a cellophane band was used for shunt vascular occlusion during the operation. The dog had a good prognosis. The results suggested that cellophane band worked well in the treatment of canine port-azygos shunt.
