基于SolidWorks Simulation的某重卡车桥主减速器壳体力学分析及轻量化设计

摘要 主减速器壳体的轻量化设计是实现重卡车桥系统总成轻量化的关键渠道之一。主减速器壳体为精密铸造件,其结构复杂,工作中受力也较为复杂,如果用传统计算的方法,显然无法实现。本文通过Solid-Works软件,对扫描后的主减速器壳体三维模型进行建模修复,通过材质设定、边界约束、施加负载,得到受力结果,进而通过对结果的分析,确定受力较小区域。对受力较小区域展开研究,在不影响制造工艺和装配工艺的前提下,进行轻量化的结构设计。通过对重新设计的模型进行力学分析,验证了结构优化的可行性。 The lightweight design of the main reducer housing is one of the key channels to realize the lightweight of the heavy truck axle system assembly.The main reducer shell is a precision casting,which has complex structure and complex stress in work.If it can not be realized by traditional calculation methods,this paper models and repairs the scanned three-dimensional model of the main reducer shell through SolidWorks software,through material setting,boundary constraints and load application,the stress results are obtained,and then the area with small stress is determined through the analysis of the results.Study the area with small stress,and carry out lightweight structural design without affecting the manufacturing process and assembly process.Through the mechanical analysis of the redesigned model,the feasibility of structural optimization is verified.
