超浅覆土大直径盾构近距离侧穿古建筑隔离防护技术研究

摘要 随着城市化进程的加快,中心城市规模不断扩大,以盾构法下穿历史文化保护区的工程不断增加。本文以桐泾路北延工程为背景,介绍了大直径泥水盾构浅覆土穿越古文物建筑施工的防护措施:盾构掘进前,对保护古文物建筑采取钢花管注浆加固的处理方式,对盾构机进行适用性改造;掘进过程中,采取掘进参数合理设置、盾构姿态动态调整、克泥效应用等措施;掘进后,对二次注浆压力采取精准控制措施。通过施工全过程对古文物建筑的防护,确保了浅覆土条件下大直径盾构的顺利穿越。 With the acceleration of urbanization,the scale of the central city is expanding,and the number of projects penetrating the historical and cultural reserves by shield tunneling is increasing.Taking the north extension project of Tongjing Road as the background,this paper introduces the protective measures for the construction of large-diameter slurry shield through ancient cultural buildings with shallow soil cover:before the shield tunneling,the treatment method of steel flower pipe grouting reinforcement is adopted for the ancient cultural buildings,and the applicability transformation of the shield machine is carried out.In the process of tunneling,measures such as reasonable setting of tunneling parameters,dynamic adjustment of shield posture,and application of mud control efficiency are taken.After tunneling,precise control measures shall be taken for the secondary grouting pressure.Through the protection of the ancient cultural relic building in the whole construction process,the smooth passage of large diameter shield under the condition of shallow soil cover is ensured.
