大跨度钢箱梁转体桥S0^(#)梁段施工技术研究

摘要 为进一步分析钢箱梁转体桥安装难度大、施工精度要求高的施工难题,本文以青岛新机场高速连接线3标涉铁工程大跨度宽幅钢箱梁转体桥为研究背景,分析大跨度钢箱梁转体桥的施工关键技术。基于S0^(#)梁段在拼装焊接中的施工工序、墩顶墩旁支架设计、S0^(#)梁段和墩梁固结的施工质量控制关键点,对钢箱梁转体桥的施工技术进行分析,并采用数值计算手段对施工方案的合理性进行验证。现场施工结果和数值计算表明,本工程采用的大跨度宽幅变截面钢箱梁S0^(#)梁段施工工艺能够保证施工安全。 In order to further analyze the construction problems of difficult installation and high construction ac‐curacy requirements of steel box girder swivel bridge,this paper takes the large span and wide width steel box girder swivel bridge of Qingdao New Airport high-speed connection Line 3 as the research background and analyzes the key construction technologies of large span steel box girder swivel bridge.Based on the construction procedure of S0^(#)beam segment in assembling welding,the design of pier top and pier side support,and the key points of construction quality control of S0^(#)beam segment and pier beam consolidation,the construction technology of steel box girder rotary bridge is analyzed,and the rationality of construction scheme is verified by numerical calculation method.The site construction results show that the construction technology of S0^(#)steel box girder with large span and wide variable cross-section adopted in this project can ensure construction safety.
