浅谈军工企业所属非科研生产企业安全保卫工作的不足与改进

On the Deficiency and Improvement of Security Work in NonScientific Research and Production Enterprises Affiliated toMilitary Enterprises

安全保卫工作是十分重要的,尤其是军工企业,它是国家安全和国防建设的脊梁,做好军工企业的安全保卫工作是保证国家稳定繁荣发展的重要环节。目前我国科研生产军工企业安全保卫工作做得非常到位,但所属非科研生产企业在安全保卫工作中存在着一些薄弱环节,比如缺少专业技能人员、相关队伍建设不完整、制度不规范缺等,本文就以上问题提出了相关建议。

Security work is very important,especially for military enterprises.It is the backbone of national security and national defense construction.Doing a good job in security work of military enterprises is an important link to ensure the stability and prosperity of the country.At present,the security work of China's scientific research and production military industrial enterprises is very well done,but there are some weak links in the security work of the non scientific research and production enterprises,such as lack of professional and skilled personnel,incomplete construction of relevant teams,and lack of standardized systems.This paper puts forward relevant solutions to the above problems.
