摘要
在人事制度深入改革的影响下,人事档案的数量不断增加,增加了档案管理工作的难度。对于组织人事工作而言,干部人事档案有着重要的地位,能够给人才的考察与选拔提供依据,提高干部人事档案管理的实效,将档案的资政价值有效地发挥出来。本文分析了干部人事档案工作的价值,论述了干部人事档案管理工作的现状,并提出了新形势下提高干部人事档案管理工作质量与效率的策略。
Under the influence of the in-depth reform of the personnel system,the number of personnel archives is also increasing,which increases the difficulty of archives management.For the organization and personnel work,the cadre personnel archives has an important position,which can provide a basis for the investigation and selection of talents,improve the effectiveness of the cadre personnel archives management,and give full play to the value of the file.This paper analyzes the value of cadres'personnel archives work,discusses the current situation of personnel cadres'archives management,and puts forward some strategies to improve the quality and efficiency of personnel cadres'archives management under the new situation.
