高层居民住宅楼消防监督管理若干问题研究

Research on Some Problems of Fire Supervision andManagement of High-Rise Residential Buildings

随着社会经济发展水平的提高和城市化建设进程的加快,高层居民住宅楼规模和数量均呈明显上升趋势,在满足城市人口居住需求的同时,也给消防监督管理工作提出了更高要求。基于此,为减少建筑火灾安全隐患,保证居民人身财产安全,本文对高层居民住宅楼消防监督管理工作的重要性进行探讨,研究现存的若干问题,以此为基础,研究在此类高层建筑中消防监督管理有效落实的途径,以期为相关消防监管工作提供有效参考建议。

With the improvement of social and economic development level and the acceleration of urbanization construction process,the scale and number of high-rise residential buildings show a significant upward trend.While meeting the living needs of urban population,it also puts forward higher requirements for fire supervision and management.Based on this,in order to reduce the hidden danger of building fire safety and ensure the safety of residents'personal and property,this paper discusses the importance of fire supervision and management of high-rise residential buildings,studies some existing problems,and studies the effective implementation ways of fire supervision and management in such high-rise buildings,in order to provide effective reference suggestions for relevant fire supervision work.
