3D打印实践课程课堂教学设计--以湖南工程学院产品设计专业3D打印综合训练为例

摘要 基于3D打印实践教学优势,本文探讨了党史教育融入3D打印技术实践教学,以及PBL模式的教学法在产品设计专业的实施过程,并结合情景教学法,阐述了3D打印实践课程课堂教学设计,包括课程导入、3D打印技术概述、相关场景的选择、场景还原方案的可行性验证、模型的制作、设备日常维护等内容,全过程融入思政元素,使学生掌握3D打印技术原理与工艺,并回顾解放战争的历史,最后对课堂效果进行了问卷调查,对结果进行分析和总结。课程实践结果表明,针对产品设计专业所开展的教学活动,充分展现了学生美术专业背景的优势,同时,教师隐形地将工科理论和实践知识传导给了学生,激发每个组员的积极性,开放式的课堂使得学生既有选择主题的权利,又不偏离教师基本的教学内容,使得学生学习兴趣空前浓烈,提高了学生的三维设计能力、科学思辨能力、学科综合能力,实践课程的可适应度得到提高,对同类课程有一定参考意义。 Based on the advantage of 3D printing practice teaching,this paper discusses the history of the party education into the 3D printing technology practice teaching,teaching method and PBL model in the implementation process of Product Design major.Combined with the situational teaching method.it expounds classroom teaching design of 3D Printing Practice course,including the introduction of the course,the overview of 3D printing technology,the selection of relevant scenes,the feasibility verification of the scene restoration scheme,the production of models,the daily maintenance of equipment,etc.the whole process integrates ideological and political elements,so that students can master the principle and process of 3D printing technology,review the history of the war of liberation,and finally conduct a questionnaire survey on the classroom effect,analyze and summarize the results.The course practice results show that the teaching activities carried out for the Product Design major fully show the advantages of the students'art professional background.At the same time,the teachers secretly transmit the engineering theory and practical knowledge to the students,which stimulates the enthusiasm of each team member.The open class makes the students have the right to choose the theme without deviating from the basic teaching content of the teachers,which makes the students'interest in learning unprecedented.It improves students'3D design ability,scientific thinking ability and subject comprehensive ability,and improves the adaptability of practical courses,which has a certain reference significance for similar courses.
