摘要
依托高校建立的国际科技合作基地具备培养高水平国际化人才的天然优势,但相关探索集中在国际化人才培养途径和模式方面,对于人才培养绩效评价的研究尚待深入。本文面向国际科技合作基地,改变以培养客体为主、重成果产出的国际化人才培养绩效评价思路,借鉴平衡记分卡思想,从多参与方、多维度建立了一套全面评估高水平国际化人才培养绩效的指标框架体系,并运用模糊层次分析法确定指标权重,为科学合理评价人才培养绩效提供有效参考,助力高水平国际化人才培养质量的提升。
The international scientific and technological cooperation base established by relying on universities,has natural advantages in cultivating high-level international talents.However,the relevant exploration focuses on the ways and modes of international talent training,and the research on the performance evaluation of talent training needs to be further studied.Facing the international cooperation base,this paper changes the idea of focusing on training object and achievement output,and establishes an index framework system for comprehensively evaluating the performance of international talent training from multiple participants and dimensions.Fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the index weight.The paper provides an effective reference for the evaluation of the international talent training performance in international cooperation bases,and helps to improve the quality of high-level international talent training.
