摘要
依托跨连霍高速公路主线桥钢箱梁顶推施工项目,使用无线监测应变计连续采集顶推过程中的参数,结合通信技术与智能化分析软件,实时对顶推控制进行反馈。本技术实现了钢箱梁顶推过程中各结构部位应力变化情况的实时、动态展示,保证了钢箱梁顶推过程的安全、有效监测,将实测结果与理论计算结果以及设计值进行对比。研究发现:该桥梁顶推过程线性控制良好,DH1205K传感器更适合钢箱梁顶推过程中应力数据的采集,采用在线监测采集的数据与理论计算数据较为接近,可以进行推广应用。
In incremental launching construction of steel box girder of trunk bridge which goes across Lianhuo expressway,wireless stress-strain gauge is used to continuously gather real-time data,and provide feedback to the launching control by combining intelligent software with communication technique.The above technology realizes real-time and dynamic display of stress changes of various structural parts in the process of steel box girder launching,ensures monitoring safety and effect.The measured results are compared with theoretical calculation results and design values.The research results show good linear control during launching construction,DH1205K sensor being suitable for gathering stress data,real-monitored data being close to theoretical calculation results,which can be applied and promoted in future.
