适用于硬质土的七刀臂绞刀研制及应用

摘要 本文以3500 m^(3)/h绞吸挖泥船绞刀头为研究对象,分析常规6臂绞刀头在盐城港滨海港区南区液体散货码头一期工程疏浚工程中遇到的绞刀冲击大、刀齿断裂严重等问题,提出了适用于高贯入击数的硬质土7臂绞刀设计方案。通过优化绞刀轮廓线、绞刀刀齿布置等设计,减小了绞刀单齿切削量。经在相同区域盐城滨海港LNG项目现场应用,新型7刀臂绞刀能够有效解决挖掘过程中绞刀冲击的现象,提升了设备稳定性,从而提高了船舶生产效率,加快了施工进度。 Based on the cutter head of cutter suction dredger with the capacity of 3500 m^(3)/h,analysis is carried out for such problems as huge impact on 6-arm cutter hard and serious fracture of cutter teeth occurred in dredging works of liquid bulk cargo terminal phase-1 project at Binhai harbor of Yancheng port.And the design solution of 7-arm cutter head is put forward so as to satisfy the requirement for dredging hard soil base with high SPT blow.The optimized cutter curve and cutter tooth layout reduce the amount of single tooth cutting.The application of 7-arm cutter head in Yancheng Binhai Port LNG project shows that the new design effectively prevents excessive impact from the cutter head during dredging,improves equipment stability,production efficiency and construction progress.
