箔片气体轴承承载特性研究进展

摘要 气体箔片轴承承载特性对轴承-转子系统的可靠性和稳定性有较大影响,以应用最广泛的波箔型气体轴承(径向波箔气体轴承和止推波箔气体轴承)为研究对象,分别从理论研究和试验研究2方面介绍了轴承承载力的研究成果:波箔轴承承载力理论计算模型经历了从简化到完备的发展,已能够求解考虑边界滑移、库仑摩擦力以及不同润滑介质条件下轴承的承载力,通过气-弹-热的简单耦合能够分析气体黏性剪切发热对轴承承载力的影响;不同结构形式的波箔轴承试验表明轴承安装间隙、箔片表面摩擦学特性、轴承冷却流道等会影响轴承承载力。结合现有研究成果提出建立气-弹-热完全耦合的箔片变形求解模型以及改进箔片轴承的冷却流道以减少发热失效是未来研究方向。 The load characteristics of gas foil bearings have a great influence on reliability and stability of bearing-rotor system.The most widely used bump foil type gas bearings(journal bump foil gas bearing and thrust bump foil gas bearing)are selected as research objects,the research results of load capacity of the bearings are introduced theoretically and experimentally.The theoretical calculation model of load capacity of the bearings has undergone a development from simplification to completeness,the load capacity of the bearings under the conditions of boundary slip,Coulomb friction and different lubricating media can be solved,the effect of gas viscous shear heating on load capacity of the bearings can be analyzed by simple gas-elastic-thermal coupling;the tests on the bearings with different structures show that the installation clearance of the bearings,surface tribological properties of foil,cooling channels of the bearings will affect the load capacity of the bearings.Combined with existing research results,it is proposed that the future research direction is to establish a fully coupled gas-elastic-thermal foil deformation solution model and improve the cooling channels of the bearings to reduce the thermal failure.
