强迫症患者楔前叶亚区与全脑功能连接的特征

Characteristics of functional connectivity between subregions of precuneus and whole brain in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder

目的:探讨强迫症(OCD)患者楔前叶各亚区与全脑间的异常功能连接的特征。方法:纳入符合精神障碍与诊断统计手册第4版(DSM-IV)诊断标准的强迫症患者46例,以及性别、年龄、受教育程度与之相匹配的正常对照60例。应用磁共振成像采集两组受试者静息态功能磁共振成像数据,以楔前叶亚区为感兴趣区行全脑功能连接分析,比较强迫症组和正常对照组楔前叶各个亚区功能连接。结果:与对照组相比,强迫症组左侧后楔前叶与左侧眶部额下回、左侧中央前回、左侧额中回之间功能连接增强(FWE校正,P<0.05)。结论:强迫症楔前叶相关的自我认知及记忆功能网络可能存在异常,且与感觉运动网络存在相互作用。

Objective:To explore the characteristics of abnormal functional connectivity(FC) between each subregion of precuneus and the whole brain in patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD).Methods:Forty-six patients with OCD meeting the diagnostic criteria of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition(DSM-IV) and 60 normal controls matched with gender, age and education level were included.Resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) data of two groups of subjects were collected by magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).Using the precuneus subregion as the region of interest(ROI),the whole brain FC analysis was performed to compare the FC of each subregion of the precuneus between the OCD group and the HC group.Results:Compared with normal controls, the FC in OCD patients increased between dorsomedial parietooccipital sulcus of left precuneus and left inferior frontal gyrus of orbital part, left precentral gyrus, left middle frontal gyrus(FWE correct, P<0.05).Conclusion:There are abnormalities in the network of self-cognition and memory related to the precuneus of obsessive-compulsive disorder, and there are abnormal interactions with the sensory motor network.
