摘要
对于贯流式机组来说,一般机组监控系统控制程序投入运行后,除非运行中设备本身发生问题,生产运营单位一般很少会对程序内容进行梳理、了解。但因为投产时工期、版本迭代等原因,在现用的程序内部均存在不同程度的隐患及可优化内容未能够及时发现。很有可能在发生电网故障等极端情况下,控制程序未能正确动作,导致设备发生较大的故障。因此有必要对现有控制程序,特别是开停机、各类事故程序进行着重梳理、优化,并将优化后的控制程序进行验证后投入使用。
For tubular units,after the control program of general unit monitoring system is put into operation,the production and operation unit will rarely sort out and understand the program content unless the equipment itself has problems during operation.However,due to the construction period and version iteration at the time of production,there are hidden dangers and contents that could be optimized within the current program that can not be found in time.It is very likely that under extreme circumstances such as power grid failure,the control program fails to act correctly,leading to major equipment failures.Therefore,it is necessary to emphatically sort out and optimize the existing control procedures,especially the startup and shutdown procedures and various accident procedures,and put the optimized control procedures into use after verification.
