摘要 为改善车辆垂向平稳性,基于开关型天棚阻尼控制策略,利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建了一系垂向减振器半主动控制模型进行车辆动力学仿真分析,并对比了被动控制与半主动控制作用下车辆综合动力学性能。结果显示:开关型天棚阻尼控制下的某特种车辆,车体垂向平稳性指标提升了12%,非线性临界速度降低了13%,稳定性安全裕量足够,轮重减载率在安全限值内,为开关型天棚阻尼控制策略在工程中应用提供了理论基础。 In order to improve the vertical stability of vehicle,based on control strategy of on-off skyhook damping,a semi-active control model of the primary vertical damper is built by using MATLAB/Simulink for conducting the vehicle dynamics simulation analysis,and the comprehensive dynamics performance of the vehicle under the action of passive control and semi-active control is compared.The calculation results show that for the special vehicle under the control of on-off skyhook damping,the vertical ride index of the carbody is increased by 12%,the nonlinear critical speed is reduced by 13%,the stability safety margin is sufficient,and the wheel load reduction rate is within the safety limit,which provides a theoretical basis for the application of on-off skyhook damping control strategy in engineering.
