摘要
为解决HX_(D)1G型电力机车牵引变流器功率模块频繁报故障的问题,文章进行了添乘振动测试与数据分析,结合GB/T 21563—2018标准,对比分析了异常功率模块与正常功率模块的振动特性,并从轮对振动与冷却风机振动等传递路径分析了异常功率模块的振动来源。结果表明,电力机车以较高速度运行时,遇弯道或分岔路口会产生冲击,轮对激励频率50~75 Hz与冷却风机的工作基频58 Hz耦合,从而导致冷却风机附近的功率模块振动异常。对冷却风机进行减隔振处理可以减小冷却风机自身及功率模块的振动,提高牵引变流器运行的稳定性和可靠性。
In order to solve the problem of frequent fault reporting of traction converter power module of HX_(D)1G electric locomotive,this paper carries out the field vibration test and data analysis.Compared with GB/T 21563—2018,this paper analyzes the vibration characteristics of abnormal power module and normal power module,and analyzes the vibration source of abnormal power module from the transfer path such as wheelset vibration and cooling fan vibration.The results show that when the electric locomotive runs at high speed,the impact will occur when passing curve or switch,and the excitation frequency range of wheelset is 50~75 Hz which coupled with the working fundamental frequency of cooling fan of 58 Hz,resulting in abnormal vibration of power module near cooling fan.The vibration reduction and isolation treatment of the cooling fan can reduce the vibration of the cooling fan itself and the power module,and improve the stability and reliability of the traction converter.
