文化耦合:新工科背景下研究生家国情怀和知识能力的融合培养

摘要 新工科背景下,为实现研究生家国情怀培育与知识能力提升的融合培养,本文依托东南大学交通运输工程学科研究生培养实践,提出了研究生“文化耦合”培养模式,阐述了特色课程平台、多元研学实践平台和高水平资源平台以及学科文化建设。通过教学活动、学术活动和学术榜样三个耦合点,分析了文化耦合机制和家国情怀养成实践,可为高校研究生落实立德树人和提高研究生培养质量提供借鉴和参考。 In order to cultivate postgraduates’ family and country feelings together with improving their knowledge and ability, the postgraduate training mode of cultural coupling is proposed under the background of emerging engineering education. Through the exploration of cultural coupling postgraduate training mode in the discipline of transportation engineering at Southeast University, three platforms including characteristic course platform, multi-mode research practice platform and high-level resource platform and the discipline culture construction are expounded. Then the practical effects of the cultural coupling mechanism and the cultivation of family and country feelings are analyzed by the three coupling points of teaching activities, academic activities and academic idol. It can provide reference for implementing of fostering virtue through education and improving the quality of postgraduate training.
