摘要 家庭教育关系到下一代人的整体素质,关系到国家富强和民族复兴,需要全社会支持。在《家庭教育促进法》视域下,文章从法规层面、社会层面、现实层面、职能层面、资源层面、精神层面、体系层面分析了公共图书馆开展家庭教育服务活动的应然逻辑,探讨了公共图书馆开展家庭教育服务的途径:助力家庭教育指导机构的设立、开展家长教育、做好儿童引导、推进家庭阅读、开展艺术启蒙、优化亲子关系、做好本馆职工家风家教工作等。 Family education bears on the quality of the next generation, national prosperity and rejuvenation. The matter that is related to the whole society, needs the support of the society. From the perspective of Family Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China, this paper analyzes the legal logic of family education service activities in public libraries from the aspects of laws and regulations, society, reality, function, resources, spirit and system. Then the paper moves on to how public libraries provide family education service, includinghelping family education guidance institutions, promoting parent education, children’s guidance, family reading, artistic enlightenment, making parent-child relations better and promoting family tradition and family education among librarians.
