42种中草药提取物对产气荚膜梭菌体外抑菌作用比较 被引量:8

Comparison of the Antibacterial Effects of 42 Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicine Extracts on Clostridium Perfringens in Vitro

摘要 观察杜仲叶、黄连、地锦草、地榆和地丁等42种常见中草药提取物对产气荚膜梭菌的体外抑菌活性。采用牛津杯方法测定42种中草药提取物对产气荚膜梭菌的抑菌作用,筛选出对产气荚膜梭菌抑菌效果好的提取物,进一步采用试管二倍稀释法测定其对产气荚膜梭菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。42种中草药提取物中黄柏、黄连、地锦草、大黄、厚朴、诃子、地榆和洋槐花的抑菌效果最好(抑菌圈直径≥20 mm)。MIC结果显示,黄连提取物的抑菌效果最强,MIC值为0.47 mg/mL。厚朴、诃子和洋槐花MIC值分别为3.75 mg/mL、15 mg/mL和3.75 mg/mL。42种中草药提取物中,黄连提取物对产气荚膜梭菌抑菌效果最强,同时厚朴、诃子和洋槐花3种药食同源的中药提取物具有较好的抑菌效果,有望开发为中草药添加剂应用于预防和治疗产气荚膜梭菌引起的畜禽肠道感染。 In this experiment, the antibacterial activity of 42 kinds of common Chinese herbal extracts, such as Eucommia ulmoides leaves, Coptis chinensis, Euphorbia officinalis, Elm officinalis officinalis and Rhizome rhizome, was observed in vitro against Clostridium perfringens. In this experiment, the Oxford cup method was used to determine the antibacterial effects of 42 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine extracts against Clostridium perfringens. We screened out the extract with good antibacterial effect on Clostridium perfringens, and further determined its minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) against Clostridium perfringens by double dilution method in test tube. Among the 42 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine extracts, the antibacterial effects of phellodendron, Coptis chinensis, Herba officinalis, Rhubarb, Magnolia officinalis, Terminalia chebula, Ulmus officinalis and robinia pseudoacacia flowers were the best. Magnolia, Myrobalan, Burnet and Acacia(diameter of bacteriostatic circle ≥ 20 mm). MIC results showed that the extract of Coptis chinensis had the strongest antibacterial effect, and the MIC value was 0.47 mg/mL. The MIC values of Magnolia officinalis, Terminalia chebula and locust flowers were 3.75 mg/mL, 15 mg/mL and 3.75 mg/mL, respectively. Among the 42 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine extracts, Coptis chinensis extract had the strongest antibacterial effect on Clostridium perfringens, Similarly, the three herbal extracts of Magnolia officinalis, Terminalia chebula and robinia pseudoacacia flowers have good antibacterial effect. This is expected to be developed as a Chinese herbal medicine additive for the prevention and treatment of intestinal infection of livestock and poultry caused by Clostridium perfringens.
