摘要
近年来全国各地畜牧业都及其重视湖羊的养殖,为了获取湖羊养殖的最佳经济效益,本文在万只湖羊养殖场,利用具有广谱杀菌、抗病毒、提高免疫力等特点的复合纳米抗菌肽进行湖羊羔羊保健、育肥、疾病预防和治疗,与非进行保健的且用抗生素治疗的对照组进行了系统的比较分析。试验组(3.3±1.3 kg)与对照组(3.4±1.2 kg)各1200只刚出生的湖羊羔羊,公母各半,从7日龄开始补饲开口料,45日龄断奶后母羔作为后备母羊饲养,公羔进行育肥;试验组复合纳米抗菌肽添加比例为0.005%。结果发现:1)试验组在生长发育方面,45日龄母羔平均多生长1.2 kg/只,多赚25900元,150日龄公羔平均多长4.0 kg/只,多赚57 600元;2)复合纳米抗菌肽对羊群常见高发的皮下脓包病、呼吸道疾病、消化道疾病预防效果达到97.84%;在疾病治疗上,采用复合纳米抗菌肽与抗生素治疗费用皆为0.6元/次,治疗周期一样,试验组疾病治疗与羊只死亡费用为3 036.0元,对照组为8 088.0元;3)试验组复合纳米抗菌肽共为7281.0元。相比传统养殖方法相比,1200只湖羊羔羊,利用复合纳米抗菌肽作为保健、疾病预防和治疗,一个繁殖周期,纯利润增加近81 200元,即平均每只羔羊纯利润增加67.6元。因此,利用复合纳米抗菌肽作为抗生素替代品用于湖羊养殖能明显提高养殖效益。
In recent years, animal husbandry all over the country has attached great importance to the breeding of Hu sheep. In order to obtain the best economic benefits of Hu sheep breeding, this paper uses compound nano-antibacterial peptides with the characteristics of broad-spectrum sterilization, anti-virus, and immunity improvement in Hu sheep farms with a scale of 10,000 to carry out the health care, fattening, and diseases of Hu sheep lambs. prevention and treatment. This was a systematic comparative analysis with a control group treated with antibiotics alone. The experimental group(3.3 ± 1.3 kg) and the control group(3.4 ± 1.2 kg) each had 1200 new-born Hu sheep lambs, half male and half female. From the 7 th day of age,the open feed was supplemented,and after weaning at the 45th day of age,the female lambs were raised as backup ewes,and the male lambs were fattened;The proportion of compound nano-antibacterial peptides in the test group was 0.005%.The results showed that:1)In terms of growth and development of the experimental group,the average growth of 45-day-old female lambs increased by 1.2kg/head,and an additional profit of 25,900yuan;the average 150-day-old male lambs increased by 4.0kg/head,and earned an additional 57,600yuan;2)The composite nano-antibacterial peptide has a preventive effect of 97.84% on subcutaneous pustules,respiratory diseases,and digestive tract diseases that are common in sheep.In the same cycle,the cost of disease treatment and sheep death in the experimental group was 30360yuan,and the cost in the control group was80880yuan;3)The composite nanometer antimicrobial peptide in the experimental group was 7281.0yuan in total.Compared with traditional breeding methods,1,200lake lambs use compound nano-antibacterial peptides for health care,disease prevention and treatment,and the net profit increases by nearly 81,200yuan in one breeding cycle,that is,the average net profit per lamb increases by 67.6yuan.Therefore,the use of composite nanobacterial peptides as antibiotic substitutes for Hu sheep breeding can significantly improve the breeding efficiency.
