在祁连山高寒牧区,有一种羊转圈的病,诊断为羊脑包虫病。它是羊感染了多头带绦虫蚴虫的一种疾病,主要在羊的脊髓以及脑部寄生,是一种寄生虫病。此病不仅会减少养羊户的经济效益,也会对附近居民造成不良影响,是必须要引起重视的人畜共患病。此病在全球各个国家都有分布,其临床症状早期不明显,只要确诊,就已经是中晚期,大部分羊都只能面临死亡。因此,农牧民在养殖绵羊时为了减少经济损失和保障自身及家人的身体健康,要加强绵羊脑包虫病的科学防治,这是尤为重要的。基于此,本文以绵羊脑包病为研究对象,主要从病原介绍、流行病学、临床表现、诊断方法、病因、预防以及治疗措施七个方面进行详细分析,希望可以为同行提供参考意见。

In the alpine pastoral area of Qilian Mountains, there is a disease of sheep turning around, and it is diagnosed as sheep brain hydatid disease. It is a disease in which sheep are infected with Taenia taeniasis, which is mainly parasitic on the spinal cord and brain of sheep. It is a parasitic disease. This disease will not only reduce the economic benefits of sheep farmers, but also cause adverse effects on nearby residents. It is a zoonotic disease that must be paid attention to. The disease is distributed in various countries around the world, and its clinical symptoms are not obvious in the early stage. As long as it is diagnosed, it is already in the middle and late stages, and most sheep can only face death. Therefore, it is particularly important for farmers and herdsmen to strengthen the scientific prevention and control of sheep hydatid disease in order to reduce economic losses and protect the health of themselves and their families when raising sheep. Based on this, this paper takes sheep encephalomyelopathy as the research object, and conducts a detailed analysis from seven aspects: pathogen introduction, epidemiology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic methods, etiology, prevention and treatment measures, hoping to provide reference for colleagues.
