门诊智慧医疗结算模式研究与效果评价

Research and effect evaluation of outpatient smart medical settlement model

为评估传统门诊结算模式与门诊智慧医疗结算模式之间的差异以及分析实施门诊智慧医疗结算模式对改善就医体验的效果,文章基于某院实施的门诊智慧医疗结算模式(包括一般门诊诊间结算、移动APP结算、自助结算),比较某院实施门诊智慧医疗结算模式前与实施后患者就诊效率、就诊满意度。结果表明,实施门诊智慧医疗结算模式后患者平均结算时间和平均就诊时间均明显低于实施前(P<0.05);实施门诊智慧医疗结算模式后患者就诊满意度为94.56%,明显高于实施前的83.87%(P<0.05)。因此,实施门诊智慧医疗结算模式可有效优化就医流程,提高了患者的就诊效率和就诊满意度,是值得其他医院推广使用的。

In order to evaluate the difference between the traditional outpatient settlement mode and the outpatient smart medical settlement mode,and analyze the effect of implementing the outpatient smart medical settlement mode on improving the medical experience,the article compares the patient's visit efficiency and satisfaction before and after implementing the outpatient smart medical settlement mode based on the outpatient smart medical settlement mode implemented by a hospital(including general outpatient inter clinic settlement,mobile APP settlement,self-service settlement).The results show that the average settlement time and average visit time of patients after the implementation of outpatient smart medical settlement mode are significantly lower than those before the implementation(P<0.05).After the implementation of outpatient smart medical settlement model,the patient satisfaction is 94.56%,which is significantly higher than 83.87%before the implementation(P<0.05).Therefore,the implementation of out-patient smart medical settlement model can effectively optimize the medical treatment process,improve the efficiency and satisfaction of patients,and is worthy of promotion by other hospitals.
