页岩油井固井质量与录井参数相关性研究——以大港油田官东地区页岩油井为例

摘要 大港油田官东地区孔二段页岩油储层具有矿物成分复杂、类型多样、烃源岩有机质含量高、储层含油性好、脆性矿物含量高等诸多地质特征,导致页岩油井在钻完井施工中工程事故复杂情况多发和固井质量下降,也对单井后期压裂试油与投产效果产生不利影响。为了有效提高页岩油单井固井质量,提高建产效果,以录井多技术组合所采集到的页岩油井储层及井筒油气信息为着眼点,进行固井质量影响因素分析研究。结果表明,单井固井质量的优劣与录井工程、地质及油气藏等参数特征存在显著的相关性,通过深入开展与固井质量相关的录井综合解释评价参数研究能够为固井施工方案的优化和完善提供有利的技术支持。 The shale oil reservoirs of Kong 2 Member in Guandong area of Dagang Oilfield have many geologic characteristics such as complex mineral composition, various types, high organic matter content of the source rocks, good oil-bearing potential, high content of brittle minerals, etc., which lead to engineering accidents and complications many times and the cementing quality decline during the drilling and completion of the shale oil wells, and also have adverse impact on the fracturing, oil testing and production effects of single well in the later stage. In order to effectively improve shale oil well′s cementing quality and the productivity construction effect, this paper focuses on oil-gas information of reservoirs and wellbores for shale oil wells collected by mud logging multi-technology combination, analyzes and studies the factors affecting the cementing quality. The results show that there is a significant correlation between single well cementing quality and the parameter characteristics of mud logging engineering, geology and hydrocarbon reservoirs. The in-depth research on comprehensive interpretation and evaluation parameters of mud logging related to cementing quality can provide favorable technical support for the optimization and perfection of cementing construction schemes.
