苏里格气田气井分层产能贡献灰度评价

摘要 苏里格气田采用分压合试、节流生产的开发模式,各个产层产能贡献定量评价需要产气剖面测井完成,然而节流生产和低成本开发策略限制了产气剖面测井的应用,绝大多数井通过静态参数进行定性评判,不利于各个产层精准评价和开发措施有效实施。采用灰色关联分析的思路,优选反映气层产能的岩性、物性、电性及含气性等相关静态地质参数,确定评价对象关键参数,组成矩阵并计算其中各参数灰色关联度,完成气层多参数综合量化评价,进而求得气层的产能贡献率,在此基础上建立了气井分层产能贡献定量评价模型,实现了通过静态参数定量评价气层产能贡献的目标。该模型通过在压裂试气方案优化、老井补孔效益评估、分层产能贡献评价等方面的应用,取得了较好的效果,助推了气田高效开发。 Sulige Gas Field adopts the development mode of separate pressure commingled test and throttling production. The quantitative evaluation of productivity contribution of each production horizon needs to be completed by gas production profile logging. However, throttling production and low-cost development strategy limit the application of gas production profile logging. The vast majority of wells qualitatively judge productivity through static parameters, which is unfavourable to each production horizon′s accurate evaluation and effective implementation of the development measures. The idea of gray correlation analysis is adopted to optimize the related static geologic parameters that reflect the lithology, physical property, electrical property and gas bearing property of the gas reservoir productivity, determine the key parameters of the evaluation object, form a matrix and calculate the gray correlation degree of each parameter, complete the comprehensive quantitative evaluation of multiple parameters of the gas reservoirs, and then calculate out the productivity contribution rate of the gas reservoirs. On this basis, a quantitative evaluation model of gas well layered productivity contribution is built, and the goal of quantitative evaluation of gas reservoir productivity contribution by static parameters is achieved. The application of this model in the optimization of fracturing and gas testing plan, benefit assessment of reperforation in old wells and the evaluation of layered productivity contribution has got good results, it will help the efficient development of the gas field.
