摘要
文章介绍了一种智能化的高净度滇红茶生产工艺及设备。滇红茶生产整个过程依靠自动传送带进行输送,鲜叶水洗后在初制萎凋、揉捻、发酵、干燥四个环节设有相应智能加工设备,在后续精制环节设计多道工序对茶叶进行出厂前的最后处理。全程生产做到自动化、清洁化,智能调控系统对茶叶品质进行实时监控,保持茶叶品质稳定的同时提升了食品安全管控水平。
This study introduced the intelligent production process and equipment for high purity Yunnan Black Tea.The whole process of Yunnan Black Tea production relied on automatic conveyor belts for transportation,while intelligent devices were provided for four other procedures after washing the fresh tea leaves,namely,primary withering,rolling,fermentation,and drying.In the subsequent procedures,multiple refining processes were designed to finalize tea leaves before leaving the factory.The whole production process was automated and clean.The intelligent control system monitored the tea quality in real time,which kept the tea quality stable and improves the level of safety control.
