摘要 目前我国茯茶加工主要有手工筑制、半机械化加工和全过程机械化流水线加工三种模式。随着我国茶叶产业的不断发展,国内国际社会对茯茶的认可与需求正逐步扩大,茯茶产业面临着变革制造模式、生产管理方式和产业形态的严峻考验,茯茶生产企业亟需转型升级。咸阳泾渭茯茶有限公司以“五化”原则和“五化”融合的实践,打造行业领先的数字化绿色工厂,文章对茯茶绿色工厂的数字化实践思路和经验进行总结,以期为茶行业智能制造、数字化、信息化改造提供参考。 There are currently three main processing patterns of Fu Tea in China:manual compressing,semi mechanization and mechanized assembling process.With the continuous development of Chinese tea industry,recognition and demand of the Fu Tea in the domestic and international markets are enlarging increasingly.The Fu Tea industry is facing a severe challenge of changing the manufacturing mode,management methods and industrial form.This research summarized the ideas and experience of Xianyang Jingwei Fu Tea Co.,Ltd.in building an industry-leading digital green factory based on the“five modernizations”principle and the practice of“five modernizations”integration,so as to provide references for the upgrading of the tea industry.
