摘要 植物工厂作为一种以人工光源与营养液栽培为主要标志的生产方式,可以实现光、温、湿、CO_(2)等生长环境和营养供给智能控制,在植物工厂条件下栽培茶树有助于茶叶生产向标准化、智能化发展。文章对植物工厂概念、国内植物工厂现状进行了介绍,分析了光配方、营养液、环控因子等关键技术对茶叶植物工厂生产的影响,介绍了植物工厂茶叶产品的优势及植物工厂发展面临的问题,并对未来茶叶植物工厂发展趋势进行了展望。 As a production method mainly marked by artificial light source and nutrient solution cultivation,plant factories can realize intelligent control of growth environment and nutrient supply such as light,temperature,humidity,CO_(2),etc.Cultivating tea trees under the conditions of plant factories contribute to the standardization and intelligent development of tea production.This research introduced the concept of plant factories and the current situation of domestic plant factories,analyzed the influence of key technologies such as light formula,nutrient solution,and environmental control factors on the production of tea plant factories,and introduced the advantages of tea products in plant factories and the challenges faced by the development of plant factories.And the future development trend of tea plant factory was prospected.
