复方金线莲口服液水提工艺优化及薄层色谱鉴别 被引量:1

摘要 目的优选复方金线莲口服液提取工艺,并进行薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别。方法以加水量、煎煮时间、提取次数为考察因素,总多糖含量为评价指标,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验法优选复方金线莲口服液水提工艺,并验证;采用TLC法对制剂中金线莲和灵芝进行定性鉴别。结果优选的水提工艺为加20倍量水,煎煮1.5 h,提取2次;验证试验中,总多糖平均含量为6.57 mg/mL,RSD为1.18%(n=3)。TLC图斑点清晰,分离度好,阴性对照无干扰。结论优选的提取工艺稳定、操作简单,薄层鉴别方法可行、准确有效,可用于复方金线莲口服液的质量控制。 Objective To optimize the extraction process of Compound Jinxianlian Oral Liquid,and to identify it by the thin-layer chromatography(TLC)method.Methods With the addition amount of water,decocting time,times of extraction as the factors,and with the total polysaccharide content as the evaluation index,the L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal test was adopted to optimize and verify the water extraction process of Compound Jinxianlian Oral Liquid.TLC method was used to qualitatively identify Anoectochium roxburghii and Ganoderma lucidum in the preparation.Results The optimal water extraction process was as follows:adding 20 times of water,decocting for 1.5 h,and extracting twice.In the validation test,the average content of total polysaccharide was 6.57 mg/mL with an RSD of 1.18%(n=3).TLC spots were clear with good separation,and the negative control had no interference.Conclusion The optimal extraction process is stable and simple,the TLC identification method is feasible,accurate and effective,which can be used for the quality control of Compound Jinxianlian Oral Liquid.
