围绕上海02基地方舱案例,分析利用已有大空间工业建筑以及附近场地改造符合方舱医院要求的污染区、限制区、洁净区的方法。从项目管理的角度分析了疫情环境下短时间内有效资源调配和施工管控措施,对在保证使用功能和安全的前提下按时完成方舱医院建设的经验进行了总结,为应对突发情况的应急工程项目提供了借鉴。

Based on the shelter example of Shanghai 02 base,this paper analyzes the method of using the existing large space industrial buildings and nearby sites to transform the polluted area,restricted area and clean area that meet the requirements of the shelter hospital.From the perspective of project management,this paper analyzes the effective resource allocation and construction control measures in a short time under the epidemic environment,summarizes the experience of completing the construction of the shelter hospital on time on the premise of ensuring the use function and safety,and provides a reference for the emergency engineering projects in response to emergencies.
