高抛自密实混凝土施工技术在巨型多腔钢管柱中的运用 被引量:1

摘要 珠海华发广场的钢管混凝土柱分节长度较长且内设有短横隔板,结合施工需要,采用高抛法对钢管混凝土进行浇筑。首先采用绝对体积法对混凝土的配合比进行设计,在施工过程中结合振捣法,避免混凝土高抛遇到横隔板或因高抛距离不足4.5 m而无法达到自密实。浇筑完成后采用抽芯法和超声波检测法对钢管柱内混凝土的完整性、密实度及完整性进行检测,结果显示钢管柱质量良好。 The concrete filled steel tube column of Zhuhai Huafa Plaza has a long sub-section length and a short diaphragm inside.In combination with the construction requirement,the concrete filled steel tube column is casted by the high-pour method.Firstly,the absolute volume method was used to design the concrete ratio,and the vibrating method was combined during the construction process to avoid the concrete high-pour encountering the diaphragm or failing to achieve self-compaction because the high-pour distance was less than 4.5 m.The integrity,compactness and completeness of the concrete inside the steel tube column were tested by the core extraction method and ultrasonic testing method after the completion of casting,and the results showed that the steel tube column was of good quality.
