摘要
以南淝河初期雨水截留调蓄工程顶管顶进过程中遇突发障碍物为工程实例,对预制装配式沉井在地下障碍物处理过程中的应用进行了研究。在大开挖放坡支护、拉森钢板桩支护、沉井支护方案等常用技术方法无法满足现行条件的情况下,最终提出将盾构管道“变管为井”,以盾构管片作为预制沉井构件,通过螺栓错缝拼接的施工方式,并分析施工过程中重难点,提出了使用装配式沉井的方案,总结了相应的施工技术,并提出了后续的可应用方向。
The application of prefabricated caisson in the treatment of underground obstacles is studied by taking the sudden obstacles encountered during pipe jacking of the initial rainwater interception and storage project of Nanfei River as an example.Under the condition that the common technical methods such as large excavation slope support,Larsen steel sheet pile support and open caisson support scheme cannot meet the current conditions,the construction method of"changing shield pipe into well",using shield segments as prefabricated caisson components and splicing through staggered joints of bolts is finally proposed,the key and difficult points in the construction process are analyzed.The scheme of using prefabricated caisson is proposed,the corresponding construction technology is summarized,and the subsequent applicable direction is put forward.
