摘要
结合中空聚氯乙烯(PVC)内模墙技术特点,针对商场、图书馆、场馆等大空间建筑需求,通过理论分析、现状调查和综合分析,找出高大空间情况下墙体存在的问题,创新高大空间墙体构造和加固措施,保证超高、超长、超厚及异形构造墙体的稳定性和安全性。增加抗震构造措施和超大洞口加固措施,完善细部节点做法,确定整体施工流程,保障墙体达到最安全、合理的受力传导,提高施工效率,保证墙体成形质量。总结的经验可供类似工程参考。
In combination with the technical characteristics of hollow polyvinyl chloride(PVC)internal formwork wall,aiming at the needs of large space buildings such as shopping malls,libraries and stadiums,through theoretical analysis,current situation investigation and comprehensive analysis,the existing problems of walls in large space are identified,and the construction and reinforcement measures of walls in large space are innovated to ensure the stability and safety of super high,super long,super thick and special-shaped structural walls.This work adds anti-seismic structural measures and reinforcement measures for super large openings,improves the detail node method,determines the overall construction process,ensures the most safe and reasonable stress transmission of the wall,improves the construction efficiency,and ensures the forming quality of the wall.The experience can be used as reference for similar projects.
