摘要
以粉质黏土地层地铁土压平衡盾构施工为背景,采用数理统计的方法对现场所收集的盾构施工参数及各其相关性进行了分析。研究结果表明:粉质黏土地层盾构机的顶推力与顶推速度、刀盘转速与刀盘扭矩、螺旋输送机转速与其扭矩的相关性均不显著;顶推速度与螺旋输送机转速之间的相关性显著;刀盘扭矩与顶推速度成正比关系。基于现场实测数据得到了粉质黏土地层盾构机的顶推速度、螺旋输送机转速、刀盘转速的取值范围。相关成果对粉质黏土地层中地铁盾构掘进施工控制具有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the background of subway EPB shield construction in silt clay layer,the shield construction parameters collected on site and their correlations are analyzed by mathematical statistics.The results show that there is no significant correlation between the jacking force and the jacking speed,the cutter head speed and the cutter head torque,and the screw conveyor speed and the torque of the shield machine in the silt clay layer.The correlation between jacking speed and screw conveyor speed is significant.The cutter head torque is proportional to the jacking speed.Based on the field measured data,the values of the jacking speed,screw conveyor speed and cutter head speed of the shield machine in the silt clay layer are obtained.The relevant results have certain reference significance for the construction control of subway shield tunneling in silt clay layer.
