摘要
碱回收锅炉产汽量的多少以及锅炉的热效率,对全厂的能源利用效率和热量平衡有着至关重要的影响。本文在分析黑液元素、热值、入炉浓度等基本参数的基础上,计算输入总热量与输出总热量,进而计算出碱回收锅炉产汽量与热效率,并以国内目前典型2,200 tds/d的碱回收锅炉为例给出系统分析。
The steam output of the recovery boiler and the thermal efficiency of the boiler have a great influence on the energy efficiency and heat balance of the paper mill.Based on the analysis of basic parameters such as black liquor elements,calorific value,and concentration in the furnace,this paper calculates the total input and output heat,and then calculates the steam production and thermal efficiency of the alkali recovery boiler.Finally,a typical domestic 2,200 tds/d alkali recovery boiler is taken as an example for systematic analysis.
