纸机压力筛轴承故障诊断方法探讨

A Discussion on the Diagnosis of Screen Bearing Fault in Paper Machine System

压力筛是纸机系统中非常重要的设备,受限于压力筛本身的结构特征,设备维护人员很难直接对压力筛的轴承运行状态进行监测,并诊断轴承故障。针对这一问题,本文介绍了一种通过压力筛外框架来诊断分析轴承故障的方法。利用该方法,笔者多次准确对压力筛的轴承故障做出诊断,验证了该方法的可行性,为压力筛轴承故障的诊断提供了一种有效的方法。
