摘要
为提高某多金属矿重选锡回收率,以矿石工艺矿物学研究为基础,将重选工艺流程进行改进,由原来三段重选,改进为:一次粗选后,尾矿分级、粗粒再磨再选、细粒级采用高频摇床选别,低锡物料及时抛尾。改进后,锡回收率提高3.7%。
I n order to improve the tin recovery of a polymetallic ore by gravity separation,Based on the study of ore process mineral‐ogy,the gravity separation process is reformed,From the original three-stage gravity separation,it is improved to:after one-time roughing,tailings classification,coarse-grained regrinding and re separation,fine particles are separated by high-frequency shaking table,,and low tin materials are dumped in time..After the transformation,the tin recovery rate increased by 3.7%.
