永宁金铅冶炼还原炉、烟化炉节能减排中烟气脱硫技术研究及工业项目设计

摘要 永宁金铅公司还原炉、烟化炉及环保减排等技改工程,项目实行"氧气底吹炉→空气侧吹还原炉→烟化炉熔融热渣持续熔炼"的三连炉工艺流程,所生成的烟气主要经由侧吹高炉、烟化炉各进料口及放出口和其它产尘点处设排烟罩收集产生的含硫烟尘,本项目脱硫工艺主要采用双碱法脱硫,该方法好处在于消耗品为石灰,处理含硫烟气的成本低廉,NaOH和Na2SO3为该方法反应中直接产生的物质。该方法使得反应速度和去除烟气中含硫物质的效率得到有效提升,能够大幅减少持液量,脱硫效果良好。 Technical renovation projects such as emissions-reducing projects of smelting reduction furnace,fuming furnace and envi‐ronmental emission in Yongning gold lead Co.Ltd.used to implement three furnace process flow of"oxygen bottom blowing fur‐nace-air side reduction furnace-fuming furnace melting hot slag for smelting",the generated flue gas mainly collected through the exhaust hood set on the dust producing points of side of blast furnace,fuming furnaceand feeding inlet and exit port.This project mainly adopts double alkaline desulfurization desulfurization process,the advantage of this method is that the consumable is lime,and the cost of treating sulfur containing flue gas is low,and,NaOH and Na2SO3 are the substance directly produced in the reaction of this method,this method can effectively improve the reaction speed and the efficiency of removing sulfur substances from flue gas,greatly reduce the liquid holding capacity,and achieve good desulfurization effect.
