制备刹车片用混料叶片性能研究

摘要 利用扫面电镜、光学显微镜、显微硬度仪等设备研究不同材质的混料机叶片的组织和性能。研究发现在Q235钢和TA32钛合金混料叶片的表面采用超音速火焰喷涂制备的涂层后的可达100μm以上水平,Q235的基体HV20硬度值为149,TA32钛合金基体的HV20硬度值385,HVOF制备的WC-10Co-4Cr涂层HV100硬度值均在1350以上,涂层与叶片基体之间结合力良好,显著提高了混料叶片的服役寿命。 The microstructure and properties of varies mixing blades are investigated by scanning electron microscope,optical micro‐scope and microhardness instruments and so on.The results show the coating layer by high velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF)on the sur‐face of Q235steel and TA 32 titanium alloy mixing blades is up to 100μm.The base microhardness of Q235 steel and TA 32 tita‐nium alloy is relative 149 and 385.The microhardness average value of WC-10Co-4Cr coating layer is more than 1350.The excel‐lent coating binding property between the coating layer and blades are obtained by HVOF and the service life of mixing blades is ob‐viously improving.
