摘要
结合实际情况,对“一带一路”倡议下国有中资矿企在赞比亚经营中的劳工关系进行分析,首先阐述“一带一路”倡议下国有中资矿企在赞比亚经营中劳工关系的有益探索,接着分析了国有中资矿企在赞比亚经营中劳工关系存在的问题和困难。最后结合实际情况,提出了国有中资矿企在赞比亚经营中妥善处理劳工关系的方向。
This paper aims to analyze the labor relations of state-owned Chinese mining enterprises in Zambia under the"the Belt and Road"initiative according to the actual situation.Based on the detailed analysis of good practice and the problems and difficulties of labor relations of state-owned Chinese mining enterprises in Zambia,the paper puts forward specific recommendations for state owned Chinese mining enterprises to properly handle labor relations in Zambia.
