数字经济与农民收入结构的动态耦合差异研究

Research on Dynamic Coupling Differences between Digital Economy and Farmer Income Structure

基于2014—2019年省级面板数据,运用耦合协调度模型和Dagum基尼系数分解方法,探寻数字经济与农民收入结构动态耦合变化规律和耦合差异来源。研究发现:数字经济发展水平不高,非农收入已成为农民总收入的最主要来源,但其与数字经济的耦合协调度最低;数字经济与农民收入结构的耦合协调度呈现稳步优化态势,但整体水平仍较低,东部数字经济与农民收入结构的耦合协调度远远领先于中、西部;数字经济与农民总收入、非农收入耦合协调差异来源相似。为此,提出加快数字经济发展、提升数字经济与非农收入耦合协调度和加速中、西部数字经济与农民收入结构耦合协调发展的对策。

Based on the provincial panel data from 2014—2019, the coupling coordination degree model and the Dagum Gini coefficient decomposition method were used to explore the dynamic coupling change pattern and the source of coupling differences between the digital economy and farmers’ income structure. It is found that: the development level of digital economy is not high, and non-agricultural income has become the most important source of farmers’ total income, but its coupling coordination with digital economy is the lowest;the coupling coordination of digital economy and farmers’ income structure shows a steady optimization trend, but the overall level is still low, and the coupling coordination of digital economy and farmers’ income structure in the east is far ahead of that in the middle and west;the sources of coupling and coordination differences between digital economy and farmers’ total income and non-agricultural income are similar. For this reason, it is proposed to accelerate the development of digital economy, improve the coupling coordination between digital economy and non-agricultural income, and accelerate the countermeasures for the coupled and coordinated development of digital economy and farmers’ income structure in central and western China.
