柠檬酸对草鱼营养物质表观消化率的影响 被引量:2

摘要 该试验以草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idella)为研究对象,探究其基础饵料中添加不同水平的柠檬酸(Citric acid,2-羟基-均丙三羧酸,C_(6)H_(8)O_(7))对其营养物质表观消化率的影响。试验选取体重无显著差异、健康的草鱼600尾,按照单因子试验设计将其均分为4个处理组,每组150尾草鱼。对照组草鱼投喂基础饵料,试验1组、试验2组试验3组分别投喂基础饵料+0.1%、+0.2%、+0.4%柠檬酸,试验周期为56d。试验结束,检测各组草鱼的粗蛋白、干物质、粗脂肪、粗灰分、磷的表观消化率。结果显示,试验2组草鱼的干物质表观消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验1组和试验3组干物质表观消化率有提高趋势,但差异不显著(P>0.05);试验组草鱼粗蛋白、磷的表观消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且试验2组粗蛋白和磷的表观消化率显著高于试验1组和试验3组(P<0.05);不同水平的柠檬酸对草鱼的粗脂肪、粗灰分及钙的表观消化率未产生显著性的影响(P>0.05)。研究表明,在草鱼养殖生产中饲料中添加0.2%柠檬酸效果最好。 This study studied the effects of different levels of Citric acid on nutrient apparent digestibility of grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idella)through basal diet.A total of 600 healthy grass carp with no significant difference in body weight were selected and divided into 4 treatment groups according to the single factor experimental design,with 150 grass carp in each group.The grass carp in the control group was fed with basic bait,while the grass carp in the trial group 1 and the trial group 2 were fed with basic bait+0.1%,+0.2%and+0.4%citric acid,respectively.The trial period was 56d.At the end of the experiment,the apparent digestibility of crude protein,dry matter,ether extract,ash and phosphorus of grass carp in each group was detected.The results showed that the dry matter apparent digestibility of grass carp in experimental group 2 was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the apparent digestibility of dry matter in test groups 1 and 3 had a tendency to increase,but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);The apparent digestibility of crude protein and phosphorus in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the apparent digestibility of crude protein and phosphorus in experiment group 2 was significantly higher than that in experiment groups 1 and 3(P<0.05);Different levels of citric acid had no significant effect on the apparent digestibility of crude fat,ash and calcium in grass carp(P>0.05).The results showed that 0.2%citric acid amount was the best in grass carp culture and production.
