盐度对亚东鲑鱼苗生长状况和存活率的影响

Effect of salinity on growth and survivalrate of Salmo trutta fario larvae

为了探讨盐度对亚东鲑(Salmo trutta fario)生长及存活的影响,该研究选用规格统一、体格健壮、长势整齐、体质量为(1.28±0.39)g、体长为(3.84±0.19)cm的1500尾鱼苗,并随机分为0‰对照组、3‰组、6‰组、9‰组和12‰组,每组300尾。每组分3个水平,每个水平100尾。对照组鱼苗饲养于淡水,盐度为0‰;3‰组的鱼苗饲养于3‰盐度的水中;6‰组的鱼苗饲养于6‰盐度的水中;9‰组的鱼苗饲养于9‰盐度的水中;12‰组的鱼苗饲养于12‰盐度的水中。整个饲养试验为期45d,试验过程记录鱼苗的初始体质量、结束体质量、初始体长、结束体长和摄入饲料量及存活率。试验结果:3‰组和6‰组的末期体重、末期体长、特定生长率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),体质量增长率极显著地高于对照组(P<0.01);6‰组的体长生长率极显著地高于对照组(P<0.01),显著高于3‰组;9‰组的末期体重、体质量增长率、末期体长、体长增长率和特定生长率和对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。4个试验组除了12‰组的存活率显著的低于对照组(P<0.05),其他组和对照组相比无显著性差异。试验结果表明:6‰的盐浓度更适合亚东鲑鱼苗生长。

In order to explore the effect of salinity on the growth and survival of Salmo trutta fario,1500 fish fry with uniform specifications,strong physique,regular growth,body weight of(1.28±0.39)g and body length of(3.84±0.19)cm were selected in this study.And they were randomly divided into control group,3‰group,6‰group,9‰group and 12‰group,with 300 animals in each group.There were 3 levels per component and 100 tails per level.The control group was reared in fresh water with a salinity of 0‰.The fry of 3‰group were raised in 3‰salinity water.The fry of 6‰group were raised in 6‰salinity water.The fry of 9‰group were raised in 9‰salinity water.The fry of 12‰group were raised in water with 12‰salinity.The whole feeding experiment lasted for 45 days.The initial body weight,end body weight,initial body length,end body length,feed intake and survival rate of the fry were recorded during the experiment.Results:The end body weight,end body length and specific growth rate of the 3‰and 6‰groups were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),the growth rate of body weight was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01);The body growth rate of the 6‰group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01),significantly higher than 3‰group;There were no significant differences in end weight,body mass growth rate,end length,length growth rate and specific growth rate between the 9‰group and the control group(P>0.05).The survival rate of the 4 experimental groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between the other groups and the control group.The results showed that the salt concentration of 6‰was more suitable for the growth of Salmo trutta fario.
