淡水养殖太平洋鲑饥饿后补偿性生长效果的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了探讨淡水养殖太平洋鲑(Oncorhynchus spp.)饥饿后补偿性生长效果,该研究选用54尾安徽桐城太平洋鲑为研究对象,随机分为6组。对照组、处理1组、处理2组、处理3组、处理4组和处理5组,每组9尾。分3个水平,每个水平3尾,对照组每日饲喂基础日粮。处理1组饲喂1d停喂1d;处理2组饲喂3d停喂3d;处理3组饲喂6d停喂6d;处理4组饲喂12d停喂12d;处理5组饲喂24d停喂24d;整个饲养试验为期72d。试验过程记录鲑鱼的始末体重及每日的饲料消耗量。结果发现:处理1组、处理2组和处理3组的鲑鱼体质量和对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),可以完全补偿因饥饿对生长产生的影响;处理4组、处理5组的末期鱼体质量和特定生长率极显著的低于对照组(P<0.01);处理1、处理2、处理3组的摄食率、食物转化率、蛋白效率高于对照组;处理4组和处理5组的摄食率、食物转化率、蛋白效率极显著的低于对照组(P<0.01),说明停喂1d~6d鲑鱼可以完全补偿因饥饿对生长产生的影响。 In order to investigate the compensatory growth effect of freshwater cultured Pacific salmon(Oncorhynchus spp.)after starvation,54 Pacific salmon(Oncorhynchus spp.)were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups.Control group,treatment group 1,treatment group 2,treatment group 3,treatment group 4 and treatment group 5,with 9 fish in each group.They were divided into three levels with three tails in each level.The control group was fed the basal diet daily.Treatment group 1 was fed for one day and stopped feeding for one day;Treatment 2 groups were fed for 3 days and stopped feeding for 3 days;Treatment 3 groups were fed for 6 days and stopped feeding for 6 days;Treatment 4 groups were fed for 12 days and stopped feeding for 12 days;Treatment group 5 feeding 24 days stop feeding 24 days;The feeding experiment lasted for 72 days.The body weight and daily feed consumption of salmon were recorded during the experiment.The results showed that the body weight of salmon in treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and treatment group 3 was not significantly different from that in control group(P>0.05),which can fully compensate for the effect of starvation on growth;The body weight and specific growth rate of fish in treatment 4 and treatment 5 groups were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01);The feeding rate,food conversion rate and protein efficiency of treatment 1,treatment 2 and treatment 3 groups were higher than those of control group.The ingestion rate,food conversion rate and protein efficiency of treatment group 4 and treatment group 5 were significantly lower than those of control group(P<0.01),indicating that stopping feeding for 1 day~6 days could completely compensate for the effects of starvation on growth.
