智慧广电网络在市级城乡环境治理中的应用

Application of Smart Radio and Television in Urban and Rural Environmental Governance at the Municipal Level

为建设文明、有序、整洁、靓丽的城乡环境,营造全民参与的共建氛围,江苏有线无锡分公司设计建设了智慧广电环境治理体系。该体系以广电视播专网为基础,变被动巡检为主动预警;以多端融合协同作业为导向,建立闭环支撑系统;以机顶盒为中心,引导全民参与环境治理。本文对体系中的两个重要支撑系统进行了详细介绍。

In order to build a civilized,orderly,clean and beautiful urban and rural environment,and form joint construction with the participation of the whole people,Wuxi Branch of Jiangsu Broadcasting Cable Information Network Co.Ltd.has designed and built a smart radio and television environmental governance system.The system is based on the broadcasting network and changes passive inspection to active warning.The closed-loop support system is established under the guidance of multi terminal fusion and collaborative operation.The system takes the set-top box as the center,and guides the whole people to participate in environmental governance.In this paper,two important supporting systems are introduced in detail.
