城市应急广播系统传输覆盖网的设计

Design of Transmission Network of Emergency Broadcasting System in Urban Area

应急广播系统由管理平台、传输覆盖网和终端组成。本文首先回顾了一般应急广播系统和结构;然后针对大城市应急广播的需求,介绍了一种“全覆盖”的传输网络结构,并提出了一种连接全媒体的适配设计结构,多种传输通道实现应急广播信号在全市的综合覆盖;最后针对大城市应急广播技术方案进行了总结和展望。

Emergency broadcasting system consists of management platform,transmission overlay network and terminals.This paper firstly reviews the general emergency broadcasting system and structure,then introduces a“full coverage”transmission network structure for the needs of emergency broadcasting in big cities,and proposes an adaptive design structure connecting all media and multiple transmissions channel to realize the comprehensive coverage of emergency broadcast signals in the whole city.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects the technical scheme of emergency broadcasting in big cities.
