新文科建设背景下“双导师制”与综合创新型人才培养

摘要 新文科背景下,高等学校培养知识复合型和综合创新型人才成为应对未有之大变局的关键议题。本研究以中央财经大学社会学本科专业为案例基础,构建了信念力、学习力、思考力、领导力、调使力、行动力六维综合创新能力体系,进而开展“双导师制”即校外实践导师和校内理论导师协同育人,为综合创新能力培养提供有效保障,还其他应用型专业创新能力培养提供了有效借鉴。 With the development of new liberal arts,it has become a key issue for universities to cultivate interdisciplinary and comprehensive innovative talents to cope with the great changes.This study based on the case study in the department of sociology,Central University of Finance and Economics,built up the six-dimensional integrated innovation system consisting of the belief force,learning ability,thinking,leadership,adaptability,and taking-action.And then we carried out the double tutorial system:off-campus practice tutor and theory tutor cooperative education to provide effective guarantee for the comprehensive innovation ability.It is an effective reference for the cultivation of innovation ability of other applied majors.
