激光定向能量沉积与喷丸复合工艺成形性能研究

摘要 激光定向能量沉积与喷丸复合增材工艺,是以逐层喷丸的形式将喷丸表面强化原理与增材制造原理相结合,以达到降低工件缺陷和消除拉应力目的的一种复合工艺。比较该工艺机理与激光定向能量沉积工艺成形FeCrNiBSi合金试样的加工性能与质量,结果表明:复合工艺可将成形件表面的拉应力转变为压应力;与激光定向能量沉积工艺相比,复合工艺成形的试样密度提高了8.83%、表面粗糙度值降低了35.7%、拉伸强度与屈服强度分别提升了12.13%和53.24%。 The laser directed energy deposition and shot peening composite additive process is a composite process that combines the shot peening surface strengthening principle with the additive manufacture in the form of layer by layer shot peening to reduce workpiece defects and eliminate tensile stress.Based on the mechanism of the process,the performance and quality of FeCrNiBSi alloy samples formed by the composite process and laser directed energy deposition process were compared.The result showed that the composite process could transform the tensile stress on the surface of the formed parts into the compressive stress.Compared with the laser directed energy deposition process,the sample density formed by the composite process increased by 8.83%,the surface roughness decreased by 35.7%,while the tensile strength and yield strength increased by 12.13%and 53.24%,respectively.
